Our "Justice for the Environment" program team offers legal consultations for citizens and citizens' associations for the fulfillment of rights guaranteed by the Aarhus convention

Additionally, as an associate member of the European network of Environmental law organizations "Justice and Environment", we have the possibility to address your questions and/or complaints related to the Aarhus convention directly to Thomas Alge, Head of the Environmental law department of Öko Büro (a coordinative body of the largest environmental organizations in Austria), assigned by the European Environmental Bureau as responsible for legal assistance for citizens and citizens' associations from countries from the European Union, candidate countries and countries from South-Eastern Europe.

Our goal is from 2009 to offer free of charge legal assistance and agency to all citizens and citizens' associations for the fulfillment of their legal environmental rights.
